Anything — from a single missing feature to wiring your whole company together.

Live in production
1 TASK · 2 DAYS · NO DOWNTIME

Receive

Built and deployed, in two business days on average.

Most companies do not need new software. They need the software they already run to finally do its job — and the separate systems to start talking to each other. That is what this model is built around.

No agency, no outsourcing, nothing handed down to juniors. I work with a limited number of companies at a time and look after their systems as if they were my own.

Membership benefits

It is “never going back” good

I replace unreliable freelancers and expensive agencies with one flat monthly rate. And I deliver fast enough that looking elsewhere stops being tempting.

Your own board

Your task queue sits in one place. You can see what is being worked on and what is finished.

Flat monthly rate

No surprises at the end of the month. Same amount, no hourly billing, no extras.

Fast delivery

One thing at a time, two business days on average. Not two months.

Senior-level quality

Code that still holds up under review two years from now. No junior shortcuts, nothing taped together.

Flexible and scalable

Scale up, scale down, pause. Whatever your company needs right now.

Your code, your data

The repository, servers and access all belong to you. No vendor lock-in, nothing held hostage.

“The cheapest software is the one you do not have to throw away next year.”

Principle no. 1

“Going digital is not a new system. It is the end of retyping between three spreadsheets.”

Frequently asked questions

Most tasks are built and deployed within two business days. Bigger ones — connecting two systems over an API, say — I break into smaller steps and hand over as I go, so you see progress every day rather than at the end of the month.

First we take fifteen minutes on a call: what slows the company down, what you already use, and what you would like to happen by itself. Then you get access to the board where tasks are collected. I usually start on the first one the same day.

I do. There is no team of juniors the work gets passed down to, and no subcontractor in another time zone. That is why I take a limited number of companies at a time — so I understand each one well enough that you never explain the same thing twice.

As many as you like. You can drop thirty into the queue, but work happens on one at a time — whichever you put on top. Reorder priorities whenever you want, without a single e-mail about it.

The subscription is monthly, but you do not have to use it in one go. When there is nothing to work on, hit pause and the remaining days stay yours until you use them. It comes in handy right after a launch, when you first need to live with the system for a while.

I split a large system into smaller working pieces and deliver them one after another. You do not wait six months for a “big launch” — you use the first piece while the second is being built. For genuinely large projects we agree up front roughly how long it will take.

Whatever makes sense for your company, not whatever is fashionable. Most often web apps in JavaScript and TypeScript, PostgreSQL databases, deployed on Cloudflare or Vercel. If you already run something, I build on it instead of rewriting it.

That is the most common request, actually. Companies rarely want everything new — they want their accounting, e-shop, warehouse and that one spreadsheet to finally talk to each other. I connect over an API, via import/export, or straight into the database, and add the features your software is missing.

You write them on the board — one sentence is fine, so is a photo of a note or a screenshot. If you are not sure how to describe it, call me; I will write the task up from the call and send it back for approval.

We keep adjusting until it fits. Revisions are part of the subscription and do not count as a new task.

I do not take on ad management, graphic design from scratch, games, blockchain, or projects where the brief is mainly “make it as cheap as possible”. I also turn down work someone else would clearly do better — in that case I say so on the call and point you to them.

That is fine. Plenty of companies take one month, fix the thing that has been bothering them for years, and pause again. When the next one comes up they simply wake it back up — and we do not start from scratch, because I already know your system.

Within the first week, yes — I refund 75% without the runaround. The rest covers work already done. After the first week there are no refunds, but you can pause or cancel the subscription at any time.

Yes. No annual contract, no notice period. Most companies stay anyway — not because they are tied in, but because having someone around who knows their system turns out to beat looking for help each time.
